This is a new process and not all employers have finalized how to handle them. If you would like to help us ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible, feel free to print and submit a copy to your employer’s payroll office and to the union that represents your position.

If you have a copy of your union dues authorization card handy, we’d love to see a copy of it. You can send a photo or scan of it to info@newchoiceny.com.
